"Dundee family visit"

The apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well presented. Very prompt response to any messages and couldn't have been more helpful. It was quiet and really close to the bus station. Ideal when using public transport to travel. We encountered a water leak (caused by another apartment) and the owner and his team dealt with this very promptly. Given a partial refund for the inconvenience. Despite this we had a pleasant stay. Dundee itself is great, loads of shops and visitor attractions. Enjoyed the V&A which was free.

The entrance way/close did not give a good first impression but when unlocking the door to the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. The flat was spacious enough for our needs and clean. The door handle of the balcony was broken so we could not open the door to let air flow (warm July weather).

"Fairly enjoyable stay although issue with the television caused a few problems."

"Happy stay"

Location was good. Host so good to accommodate my requests. Clean comfortable stay with kids.

Exterior had some steps to reach your flat. Bit of construction works. No hassle. Parking not insite but available nearby.

"Good location. Nice and clean. Good shower. Beds and TV to look at."

The mattresses on both beds were very uncomfortable. One was very hard, the other very thin and could feel bed frame through it. Couldn't watch TV. Tried all weekend on and off to watch normal Tele. Needs instructions on how to use. Frustrating.

The direct access to the city center and the affordable parking garage nearby. Our helpfull host. He was able to talk us through the getting-the-heating-on procedure by phone.

The bed in the left bedroom was pretty uncomfortable and needs to be replaced by a larger one (at leest 1,6m wide) and with a much better matras and bed base. The springs were rather noticable.

"Cute flat in heart of the city"

The flat was very central, was a spacious size with lots of sweet touches throughout.

The communal area of the flat was quite run down and no lift in the building.
