PHI love my room, was my first time staying in "kubo" with bunk bed. I feel living in my province.
Too many mosquitoes and big rats are running around..
PHI was there when Typhoon Emong hit and the generators made it comfortable despite the disaster. Owners were super friendly and very accommodating. They even offered me a meal when no restaurants were open. I'm so glad I stayed there because I felt very safe.

Better parking for those who came in with their cars. There were mud puddles after a few days of rain in their parking area.

The staff were unwelcoming and snobbish. Even as guests, we weren't given access to the beach. They were not accommodating to our requests. We were told to walk around to Kabsat, which is 400 meters away, when there's actually a path from the restaurant to the beach - they just didn't want to let us through. You should allow at least your guests to pass through, since you already provide paper bracelets to identify your guests, but there aren't any special accommodations for them.
