"Beautiful villa in super nice garden"

Nice, large and modern villa with nice and clean well maintained swimming pool!

The matras on the bed was very very soft and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The villa had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The seating area outside the downstairs bedroom was unusable due to the chickens (we stayed in villa Aloe).

"Modern, cool, trendy,"

The villa was quite new so it was very clean and modern. The swimming pool was very modern and nice. Nice banana trees and green plants around the houses. All well maintained !

There could be 2 toilets thats it. Not a big thing but it was 10/10 when there was an xtra toilet on the first floor too.

This trip was one of the best holidays we have been on. The villa was exceptional and the staff were beyond helpful. Dimitrius went above and beyond for us and helped us to get into a restaurant that was booked up for weeks after we would have left. The manager helped us with a hire car which was delivered to the villa on the day of our arrival with no previous booking. Everything about the villa was perfect. Super clean and modern and the pool and villa are beautkful

Nothing, just you will definitely need a hire car to get to Kos town and around the island.

Very nice apartment, great pool. Very comfortable bed. Super good location, very close to Kos town and nice beaches. Jim is a very welcoming host. He was super quick to reply and took care of our needs.

Due to the off season there was quite some work still going on from the owner of the premises and some other issues. We messaged Jim and he spoke to the owner so that we could relax at our pool and patio.
