GBThe family were brilliant, the room was clean, tidy and adequate for our needs. I was unfortunate enough to suffer a back problem whilst there and the owner was most helpful, even providing a massage mat and medication which made a big difference to my problem.
The room was advertised as having a private bathroom but we were disappointed to discover that in fact it was shared, I took it up with the owner who apologised. I explained the ordinarily we wouldn't make a booking with shared facilities. I understand that they're going to be building a second bathroom in the near future. I should add that the property is on a direct flight path to Heathrow, although between 23:00-06:00 there are no flights and we had no sleeping problems.
GBGBGBThis property is not scored correctly. I was extremely happy with the room, house, bed, how clean the room and house / facilities were. This most definitely should be ‘Very Good’ at the least. I was pleasantly surprised when arriving. The staff are absolutely lovely too. Couldn’t ask for nicer, helpful people. Bed was super comfy, the place was spotless and the shower was brilliant. Was made to feel very welcome. Booking.com needs to up the ranking for this property. Definitely recommend!
Nothing. Parking isn’t directly outside, but free parking is literally 2 min walk.

Parking outside the property is only for residents, with a £60 fine. The dark entrance passage to the property was cluttered with building materials. The light only detected our presence when we reached the door after tripping. The communal kitchen was scattered with random materials. In a cooking area. The stairs to the room are extremely steep with an incomplete hand rail. Not suitable for elderly visitors. The separate private (although unlocked) bathroom had no soap or towels. We booked for 2 adults, and only one bath and hand towel were on the bed. The room itself has no facilities. We decided we could not stay as we felt unsafe, booked elsewhere, and left.
