Self Contained Garden Annexe in Bodmin

The annexe is cosy, but spacious at the same time. It has a good sized bathroom, not a cramped space, like some and the host provides various toiletries, should you wish to use them. Although there is no cooker, there is a microwave and a small fridge, along with kettle and coffee machine and, again, the host provides a very good selection breakfast cereals.

Simple layout. Clean and comfortable

We arrived after a bad day on the A30 awkward traffic /road works at the turn off in Bodmin and miserable rain and getting dark. The property was not easily found and the neighbours at number 9 seemed unable to give directions...We were given the wrong pin code by Booking. Com It was dark , raining and we had to telephone the owner. Once that was done all went well. It was a cold night and a better heating solution is required.

The property was very well presented, it was very clean and welcoming to a weary traveler. There were lovely soft towels after a welcoming shower, the bed was very comfortable I slept well no noises to disturb me. Your host is charming and helpful and very friendly. Top marks 👍Scott
