"Horrible slept hungry because of electricity"

Location

The electricity was not working, we couldn’t even use a stove or microwave because the main switch would trip. The receptionist/ guard was rude. They couldn’t assist. Contacted the host multiple times without any response😢😢😢 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It’s nearest to tourist attraction points The reception staff were exceptional

The owner of the property, we didn’t have some supplies as mentioned under available facilities and when we requested for those she got back to us instead ignored my calls

That it is close to the beach

The apartment was very dirty and most of the appliances were not working, stove, fridge and microwave, the owner promised us to pay back our money when we check out but she didn't until today, I will NEVER EVER USE or tell my friends and family about this accommodation 😔😔😔

"Still waiting for my deposit refund"

I Liked that Milena was available for answering our questions most of the time, NOT all the time. Like when we arrived the stove was not working but its self catering, she tried to help but i understand she is not an electrician. Unfortunately we had to fast food the 3days we stayed there.

1. The place looks like there is someone staying there full time, they just move out and lock their personal belongings in some of the cupboards. 2. The dishes in the cupboards were not clean 3. We paid for early check-in but when we got there we were told the place was flooding and they were busy cleaning. We understood and waited outside . We are still waiting for our early check in refund as promised. 4. Booking.com advertised their deposit as R500 which was to be paid into Coast to Coast banking account. When Coast to Coast contacted me, they told me the deposit is R600 . I am still waiting for my refund to this day. We checked out on 30/09/2024
