Value for money. Close to gurney bay i.e. walking distance.

Nothing to dislike. It's a 'fit-for-purpose' apartment that does not come with the frills.

Big space and comfortable, floor 30th and nice views, has parking, fast internet, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms.

Could have been a bit cleaner. The washing machine is not working properly.

large roomy apartment with a washing machine. being away from the downtown area, is quieter.

the pictures taken of the waterfront front is a bit misleading. to see the waterfront, one had to go out onto the balcony and crane out to the right. all other views from within the apartment are of other apartment buildings. no supermarkets nearby. thankfully the little convenience store downstairs stocks some fresh fruits.

Everything. Feels like home. Exactly like in the photo. The balcony. The view. At night, feels like a batman watching Gotham city on top of building. Not far from famous bay, Gurney Bay. Look like Kdrama one.

The bed silk cover, too slippery when I sleep. Pillow keep falling from bed. Suggest to change it to cutton one.

The living room was infested with ants. A lot of loud noises at midnight, mainly from neighbours banging doors.
