lovely leafy neighborhood near central Ferndale the front and rear porches were pleasant check-in and check-out were easy

lights inside and outside were very bright no screens on the exterior doors meant it was difficult to get natural cross-ventilation - though the air conditioning system worked well. squeaky floors.
