Super appartement au cœur de Marrakech

L'accueil du gardien , l'appartement en lui même , la proximité des commerces ,restaurants ,supermarchés ,banques . Merci pour les sidi Ali dans le frigo et 2 capsules de café ,pourquoi pas 4 .....

L'appartement n'était pas très propre , beaucoup de poussière , pas de pression d'eau dans la douche , la serrure de la porte d'entrée est difficile ,le canon se bloque . L'insistance de la femme de ménage,qui n'était pas là par hasard, pour la taxe de séjour . C'était un peu lourd , elle avait peut-être être peur que l'on parte comme des voleurs .... L'argent était prêt et en € .

Appartement en plein centre de gueliz à proximité de tout vraiment, place jamah el fna, hivernage, Victor Hugo, carré éden, M avenue. Très confortable, je recommande !

Als erstes möchten meine Frau und ich eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, Madame Jenni, im Vorfeld der Anreise hervorheben. Jenni beantwortete alle unsere Fragen immer innerhalb von Minuten, so dass alle Probleme zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst werden konnten: späte Ankunft, frühe Abreise, Parken des Mietwagens etc. Wir kamen sehr spät an und holten die Schlüssel beim Wächter (Gardien) des Gebäudes ab, der die ganze Nacht arbeitet und ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mann ist, er hat uns zur Wohnung begleitet und danach auch beim Parken in der Tiefgarage geholfen. Die Wohnung selbst war gut und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die wir brauchten. Die Lage ist gut: in Guéliz (Nouvelle Ville), dem schönen , modernen Stadtteil von Marrakesch mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und nur 700 m vom Hauptbahnhof! Das war ideal für uns, denn wir fuhren an einem frühen Morgen von Marrakesch mit dem Zug nach Meknès weiter.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Bitte, falls Sie mit einem Auto unterwegs sind, achten Sie auf die Tiefgarage: diese ist an einigen Stellen etwas zu eng. Aber man kann auch auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude kostenlos parken.

C’est le pire hébergement qu’on a eu pendant notre voyage en Maroc. La seule chose qui a été positive c’est le check in très rapide.

L’appartement et l’immeuble étaient très sale et mal entretenu. Le garage est fermé mais il y a des chats la bas qui dormaient et faisaient du pipi sur notre moto. La lave linge faisait un bruit très forte et a commencé à se déplacé dans la cuisine.. le drain de douche était bouché, l’eau gisait sur le sol. L’internet était lent et n’a pas marché les premier heurs, le propriétaire l’a repare. C’était un désastre, je n’ai pas un sole chose bon à dire.

Très bon emplacement, proche de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Appartement bien équipé.

The property was very big and spacious.

Location is walking distance to both the train station and the many restaurant options of Gueliz. It's a large space. It has nice amenities like a balcony, motorized window shades (!), washing machine, 2 AC units and 2 TVs. Big couches that you could sleep one or two people on. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette.

Wifi was extremely low-bandwidth. Very slow to load more complex websites, like airline sites or Booking.com. If it wasn't for this, I would've recommended this place as good for stays of a week or longer. I had to kill a small cockroach in the bathroom. Check-in process needs a lot of improvement. The buildings on this street do not have numbers posted. One security guard told me they should have provided me the tower name. For reference, the building is called Harmony (visible in one of the pictures, but it wasn't clear at all that this was the exact building). I had spoken to this building's guard first, in fact, and he told me it wasn't me one I was looking for (I also showed him the Booking.com confirmation)... so apparently he wasn't properly informed that there'd be a guest arriving. I also had to reschedule my train (fortunately I'd gotten the flexible fare!) because when I went to check out, the morning guard was not there to take the keys back. The host responded by message that I could leave the keys in the unit, but unfortunately, this exchange didn't happen in time for me to make it to the station. TV wasn't properly set up and had no signal.

Bonne localisation, appartement propre et lumineux. Confortable et bien équipé.
