Fabulous location easy walk to old town, lovely clean roomy apartment with all you need provided, great kitchen facilities, washing machine and balcony with great and quiet view along with easy parking and excellent communication and directions from host for easy access to accom

that we only stayed 1 night. This place would be a great base for exploring the area. Wish we'd planned a longer stay

The place is very spacious and clean. The balcony is lovely to have coffee in the morning or aperitivo. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to explore Montepulciano, but is also convenient for driving and parking. Would love to come back.
