We did not stay in the hotel we booked. This was not our choice. When we arrived we were told they had no space even though we had confirmed and they’d even sent a car to collect us from airport! They sent us to another hotel 3 doors away. This hotel was terrible. Our room was dirty. It had no window, no wardrobe and the toilet seat was broken right off. The toilet paper was wet! The toilet and washbasin were dirty. To eat breakfast (included) we had to walk back to the other hotel. The street was dirty. Same with the dinner. There were no proper shops nearby and we could hear the loud traffic in our bedroom even though there was no window! During the day there was continuous loud banging coming from above.
