Very comfortable bed, and the communication was also good. It’s ideal that you can check in at any time. We arrived very late, around midnight.

Rummet var rent och fint men brandvarnaren var trasig. I det allmänna utrymmet var brandvarnaren bortplockad och när den pep i grannrummet plockades den bort där också. Jag skulle faktiskt inte bo där igen pga brandsäkerhetsskäl. I övrigt ett fint boende.

Bristande brandskydd

Bra läge i ett lungt området. Sköna sängar och ett bra rum.

Fanns bara en liten toa för hela boende.

Noises at 6 am from another guests.

Comfortable guesthouse with nice beds and linen provided (hence comfort level is great), separate toilet and shower. Room 3 is spacious, warm and clean.

Very limited equipment in the shared space (no kitchen) - only one small microwave, kettle, fridge and some basic utensils, so no cooking available, only heating up of food. No basin in shared space so guests have to wash dishes in toilet/shower, making it messy and inconvenient. We would have appreciated the guesthouse host to show some compassion to us as our motorcycle had broken down in Lofoten and we had to delay our check in date by 1-2 days. Although the room we booked was available on booking.com for the next few days after our reservation date, host disagreed to us changing our check-in dates, meaning we had to forgo our booking and pay for the room anyway. She argued that it was her policy not to waive fees for change of dates even though we pleaded for her understanding due to our emergency. Regardless, she showed no empathy and was rude in our correspondence. We’ve enjoyed our interactions with Swedish people all over Scandinavia and this was our first unpleasant experience. I will not stay here again because of her attitude and poor customer service.

Kööginurka nagu polegi, nõusid pesed duširuumis või wc-s ja kasutuseks ainult mikrolaineahi. Eelmiste külastajate mustad nõud olid alles riiulil.
