Gutes gibt es eigentlich nichts zu erwähnen.

Ein absoluter Betrug und Rip-Off. Gemäß Beschreibung verfügen die Zimmer über ein privates Badezimmer, Kühlschrank, TV und ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien. Mindestens den Fernseher sieht man auch auf den Bildern, zu allem Anderen ist die Beschreibung unzweifelhaft. Nichts davon ist dann vorhanden. Es gibt nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad, zu dem man nur quer über den Hof an feiernden und betrunkenen Jugendlichen vorbei hinkommt. Der Verwalter stellt sich dann mit einer Dreistigkeit hin, und verlangt weitere 4500 PHP für ein "Upgrade" auf die bereits gebuchte und bezahlte Ausstattung. Der Strand dahinter ist hässlich und ohne jeden Schatten. Das einzig Richtige ist, einen Riesengroßen Bogen um diese Klitsche zu machen!

Nice clean quiet well established place.

Access was difficult. It is now a long one way alley that was difficult to drive down. The nav apps don't show it because it's not the original access which is now private property.

I appreciate the friendly staff and the spacious room. Plus, the availability of free drinking water is a nice touch.

Finding the accommodation was challenging. Google Maps and Waze initially directed us to a private road. We had to turn around and eventually navigate a very narrow path, which was especially difficult for any vehicle, worse for larger ones. It would be helpful to have warnings or clear instructions provided before booking.
