Location was okay for what we needed close to a wedding we was going too

Shower doesn't work properly, no water pressure in shower and the controls on shower don't do what they are meant to do, meaning at times the water was too hot suddenly. Shower door doesn't close properly. No water pressure to flush toilet properly, and the toilet seat was so loose it was moving all over the place. The TV in the main bedroom is useless as it struggles to get a wifi signal from the router which is located right down the other end of the property, so stops playing every 5 seconds. The towels you get were barely bigger than a hand towel. It didnt seem that anyone had been in to check and prepare the property for our arrival. We left after the first night as we couldn't face trying to have another shower. To get to the property you have to walk down a side ally/road, there is no lighting and it was overgrown and uneven, which meant it was dangerous to walk down in the dark. I messaged to let the owner know she didnt address the main concerns of the property or acknowledge the issues.

It was too small for 4 people

Host are very friendly and welcoming, loved the extras with the biscuits, donuts, milk and water. Very nice touch. Great location, easy to access and a very private area. All in all 10/10

decor was nice

it’s advertised as a bungalow but it’s not it’s a outhouse/ garage converted in to a 2 bed apartment/ no parking getting to the property wasn’t easy specially when it’s self catering and you took a lot of stuff including children’s thins was not hygienically clean. the oven was disgusting the microwave had things growing in it the dish drainer had hairs in it I can’t even talk about underneath the toilet seat with out gagging the fridge and freezer had hairs in it the cutlery was disgustingly old the property isn’t how the pictures show I wanted to leave straight away. the coffee machine had a pod in there that looked like it had been there for months. if I knew it was going to be this disgusting I would have packed my entire kitchen we travelled 6 hours to stay there I also got rid of a slug and a few spiders while we were staying there also it’s a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures we went to stay for 3 days and there was only 2 rolls of tissue one was half used bought my own
