The Farmhouse Retreat at Ryedale House

A beautiful apartment would definitely stay here again, fantastic location

We stayed here for 2 nights , the property was amazing , lots of space , cosy rooms , clean and everything we needed. The location was perfect , 10/15 min walk to station , pretty much 5/10 min walk to everywhere in the city that we had planned to see / do . We would 100% stay here again.

We arrived at this property after a very long day of travelling. The place was a mess, dirty sheets, dirty towels, no where had been cleaned. We rang the emergency contact number only to be told that this was just a help number and that there was nothing they could do. They could not get hold of anyone to help us. We had to leave this property and find alternative accommodation. A complete disaster, no one contacted us until the next day. After numerous messages sent. Completely unacceptable. We will definitely not return here and would not recommend this very unprofessional set up !!!

Dirty and unclean

Close to Christmas markets and shops, very clean entrance and apartments, staff excellent in helping, able to leave luggage so we could enjoy our last day.

Could do with a none slip bath mat for less mobile, a a few basics supplies for 1st day would have been helpful.

Location and the apartment was top draw for the money! A very good find! Better than the pictures! No parking but I found an NCP next to the primark a couple of minutes away on the same street for £14 per day! You can't go wrong staying here
