Apartment could have a night light and small bedside table. At the moment it’s only sharp bright light and when it’s the evening you are either in the dark or in this sharp light

Location is perfect, situated on main avenue, next to the university buildings, it is a very safe area, even by night. Bus stop is few meters away from the apartment from where many bus stops, but you can explore the city easily only by walking. You can just reach it by foot from Principe station. There is a Carrefour express, pharmacy, 2 bars, a pastry shop just around the flat, with many restaurant options if you walk towards the station. The apartment is very nice, there are 'curtains' against what it looks from the photos, and soundproofing is amazing, you can't hear the street at all. Amenidities are all new and the kitchen has everything you could need, even freezer. The owner is very helpful in everything. The terraces are exceptional.

Not a negative, but the bed has one double blanket, don't forget to inform the property if you require an additional one for the sofa.

Clean and quiet new apartment in a good location. Good kitchen and shower. Lots of light from windows.

For 2 skinny girls the bed was too narrow. Gladly host arraged us quickly sheets for sofa. The lightning could be more dimmed or apartment have smaller lamp somewhere for more cozy atmosphere at night. Also should have watched more carefully pictures that table goes under the bed which is not ideal.
