"Ideal place to rest and recharge"

Small quiet site, clean comfy lodge, easy access to key on arrival, good communication from host. Good road access to places to visit, lots within short drive.

Although a lovely quiet site, there is nothing within walking distance, except for a small cafe in the plant centre next door, a bit isolated

"Perfect in every way"

We arrived at the property which was easy to find on a lovely quiet site. The lodge was absolutely spotless and home from home. The hosts were always there if any problems but we had none. The stay was perfect and we will definitely return again.

There was nothing we didn’t like it was a perfect stay.

"Beautiful, quiet place, excellent vibes, immaculately clean"

Immaculately clean. Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended by me. I will be staying there again. Very pretty surroundings and very quiet. Nice garden centre with a lovely cafe in walking distance.

No Wi-Fi on site. No shop or facilities on site. No play areas nearby or on site. Excellent location to get to anywhere in the lakes but only if you drive. Not well serviced by public transport.

I like the fact that is close to family I moved from the lakes 9 years ago so it's nice 1 to come back and 2 to see family it is close enough to pop and see them but far enough away to enjoy time to enjoy the area
