強いて言えば3階に まず周りが無かったくらい。 でも満足でした

The property was clean, well presented and as pictured. Would recommend staying there for anyone in the area or a larger family.

The pillows, my GF would prefer something a bit softer.

2 ACs were broken but one was replaced immediately in a bedroom. Didn’t get to use the game room because it was 2 hot and the AC didn’t get replaced.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the living room really felt like a home, the recreational amenities (such as the TV + sound system, billiards, karaoke) were a nice touch for us to unwind if we chose not to go out for the night. It was easy to figure out how everything worked, and the rules in the guidebook were clear enough and not at all unreasonable. The washing machine was incredibly helpful and convenient for us to take care of laundry before we departed. The neighborhood that surrounded us had everything we needed without having to go too far if we needed extra food or supplies. We even had the means to cook, which came in handy for breakfast time.

There was only a couple of things. Most of the air conditioning was fine, the living room A/C and master bedroom got cold, but the units in 2nd floor bedroom and the Karaoke/Billiards lounge was having a hard time getting cold. The bathrooms are a bit small, but not detrimental if you're not a big individual. During the tail end of the stay, we did end up running out of toilet paper and trash bags, and there wasn't any extra that we could find. I personally don't want the responsibility of restocking basic supplies, but luckily this only happened at the end of our stay. Granted we were a group of four people, so mileage may vary.

Vien is an exceptional host—friendly, responsive and accommodating. The house is newly renovated, modern, and very clean, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With three bathrooms with toilet and shower, there was never a wait, even with a full house. The location is good, just a short ride from malls and other areas of Makati.

The bathrooms are small but they perfectly complement the Japanese-inspired design of the house.
