Perfect for a night stop over before travelling onward. Had all everything you need - towels, water, cereal, tv, shower, lounge ewith sofas, comfy bed.

Comfortable stay, the place was lovely & clean and had a homely feel. We have stayed here a couple of times for work and will be 100% staying again in the future. Easy check in process, fab communication from the owner. Can’t fault the place. Love the gesture of biscuits and cereals and milk.

"Perfect for our one night stay to visit friends at New Year"

Plenty of space for us (couple) plus our teenage son. Able to sleep in separate rooms so this was great. The kettle and mini fridge were great, we took milk and cereal for a quick breakfast in the morning. Very quiet location. Only able to briefly hear the owners downstairs once. Very clean throughout. Nicely decorated. Husband and son are 6ft2 and 6ft, so there was a little bit of bending to avoid ceilings, but manageable. Communication with host was excellent.

Nice lounge and bedroom, bed very comfortable.

Shower room was very cramped, also area for making a drink etc. Ok for one night. Although the radiators were turned on full they were barely warm and we found it quite cold.

"LOVELY COSY VALUE FOR MONEY"

WE BOOKED THIS SO WE COULD GO TO THE FARMERS DOG PUB. IT WAS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. SADLY WE WERE THERE WHEN IT WAS REALLY TERRIBLE STORM BUT WE MADE IT, WE CAME BACK TO THE ROOM AS THE ROADS WERE SO BAD WIT TREES DOW. THE BOOKING CONSISTED OF A LOVELY SITTING ROOM A SMALL KITCHEN/LANDING AREA BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. WE WERE GREATED BY TE HOST WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY.

THE LIGHTING WAS A LITTLE DARK AND THE LIGHT IN THE LIVINGROOM MY HUBBY IT HIS HEAD ON SEVERAL TIMES.
