Posizione della struttura davvero favolosa, a due passi sia dal lungomare che dal centro. Ottima location, molto accogliente, situata come dal nome in un palazzo storico. Camera ben arredata e illuminata, comprensiva dei principali mini elettrodomestici come frigo, macchina del caffè, tv, clima indipendente, asciugacapelli, etc. Dotata di bagno privato in stanza, non eccessivamente grande ma con un'ampia doccia. Ottima la soluzione per la colazione, con il voucher messo a disposizione si possono scegliere due ottimi bar/pasticceria entrambi molto vicini alla struttura con dei prodotti molto gustosi. Sicuramente gradito l'omaggio dell'acqua e del caffè, accompagnando quest'ultimo con un delizioso cioccolatino. Personale molto gentile e solare.
Unica pecca da segnalare è l'assenza del bidet nel bagno.
