Condo at SMDC Wind Residences Tagaytay

It was easy to find and the location was great. It's near a lot of establishments like Sky Ranch Tagaytay, 7/11, and Robinson's Supermarket. The hostess Ms. Venus was accommodating and nice.

There's a cockroach in the room, so, I had a notion that the room was dirty. The window is making a creaking sound - like if the wind is strong, then, the window becomes noisy. I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep because of the sound it was making. The parking is quite far from the building itself so my husband has to walk after parking the car.

The location is good. Near all the places we want to visit. Has all the kitchenware you would need for cooking.

The owner was late to sent an email giving permission about us and it made it difficult for the caretaker as she cannot sign in. Its a good thing the people at the lobby is nice and also the caretaker. Ate Venus is really a good person. My kuya at kids really enjoy the place and appreciate ate Venus.
