RUI absolutely loved my stay at this villa! Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The modern renovation is stunning, with thoughtful details and stylish decor throughout. I can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, tranquility, and top-notch amenities, this villa is an absolute gem.
SGThe place was really new and nicely designed. the amenity were also all readily available and check-in is seamless since you do it yourself with the mailbox! There is also someone who'll clean up the place everyday therefore keeping it spotless. Reallly enjoyed our stay here.
The surrounding area can feel a little dodgey since it's in an alley without much nearby. There were also constructions going on for the other villas when we were around so there were alot of workers and noise and dust back in Nov'24.
KZNew and modern clean villa, we spent 2 nights there and were satisfied with everything! Good central location, supermarket Pepito 5-7 min by walk. Many places to eat around and to go to the dolphin and luminous plankton tours is less than 10 min by walk.
Floor was wet all the time because of the pool, there is a wrong level I think

SG- That the villa was new & modern looking - Good sized bed - Good sized rooms & toilets - Warungs & a couple of restaurants 10mins down the rd.
- i understand the check in time is 2pm but did not expect there to be no staff/ person in charge at all at the site to assist with us who arrived a little over an hour early. We had to go wonder around with our sick 7yo and come back at 2pm. - Rooms not connected - Hotel location was rather deserted & pitch dark at night. No neighbours around - One of the bedroom could not be locked as there was no key, which made me feel really concerned for our safety (esp. with 2 young children) as there was a construction right beside with part of their scaffolding leaning right on our low villa wall. Anybody could climb up & over if they wanted to break into our villa! - The villa was not very clean. Stains on bed linens, pillow cases, towels & also on the cushion of the sofa in the living room. Toilet floor, toilet bowls & sink had dirt/ stains, which was surprising as the villa is relatively new! The housekeeping of this beautiful property really needs to be looked at!
AUVery clean, very private, lovely staff to accomodate and show how things worked in the villa. Enough towels provided for showering and for by the pool. Excellent facilities - very clean shower, toilet and sink.
Lots of fire ants near the shower by the pool, no salt/pepper for cooking.
