ATDie Wohnung ist groß und schön, mit einem sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zentral gelegen, inklusive Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Obwohl es keine ersichtliche Klimaanlage gibt war es trotz hoher Aussentemperaturen, angenehm kühl.
Die Sauberkeit, vor allem in den Laden/Kästen könnte besser sein Leider gibt es im Bad und WC keine Haken für Handtücher. Auch gibt es im Bad keine Badematte.
