"There is an allocated parking space which is a short distance from the property which leads down a public (uneven) coast path so sensible foot wear is advised as during the winter months the ground can become quite slippery, wet or even muddy. It would be much easier for you to arrive in day light which will make finding the property much easier, if you do arrive in the dark then you'll need to bring a torch. I recommend you to pack light to avoid extra trips to and from the car but this is only recommended." "Please note the hot tub is actually a bath tub and we provide bath salts only, you will need to provide your own none stain bubble mix for a Luxury experience. Please use the bath and salts at your own risk"This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

The property is self catering though tea, coffee and biscuits were left for use on arrival. The property was clean and tidy with all the normal facilities you would expect. The bath outside was a bit quirky, but still a nice feature. The views were great and getting onto the costal path was at the door step. Communication from the host was easy and informative. We were attending a function at the Polhawn Fort, which was within easy (muddy, it had been raining all day) walking distance but unlit

The car parking was (to be fair, as warned by host prior to arrival) a bit steep and muddy, with the path being a little over grown in places.
