Villa Garden with Private Outdoor Pool

Loved the pool, and the decor of Villa Fabulous host, always there when needed

Check-in instructions were clear Response and availability (8am-11pm) from management was quick and mainly effective in resolving issues Kitchen was well equipped Location was in quiet area and good for short drives to Kotor and Budva although traffic is always heavy. There a couple of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Swimming pool is good and well maintained by visiting pool technician Outdoor furniture was very good as was the BBQ area after it was thoroughly cleaned Villa was spacious and air conditioning worked very effectively

Lack of ensuite bathrooms, there are 4 large bedrooms but only 2 bathrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom. However there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor which means up to 6 people have to share 1 small bathroom. This is not acceptable for a holiday home advertised as a "luxury" villa. Beds were king-size and comfortable but the cover sheets provided did not extend beyond the top of the mattress, so did not overhanding the bed. Consequently with 2 people in the bed the sheet was not big enough to cover both people throughout the night - despite this being reported it was never resolved There were a number of defects found on our arrival. Two lights were hanging out of their housings, one of which precluded opening and closing the food cupboard door. At least 3 power sockets were not fully secured and sealed in 3 separate rooms and the smallest bedroom had exposed wiring (presumably for a TV). A door was broken on one of the cupboards in a bedroom. There were a number of other smaller largely cosmetic defects. I photographed all defects and sent them to the management team. The response was good as a local tradesman appeared the next day to survey the issues and returned the following day with a second person and "fixed" most of the issues. These were not permanent fixes so further work should be done to property to prevent such issues in the future. We were not 100% sure but highly suspect that one of the attending tradesman stole a £20 note from the one of the broken bedroom cupboards. The management company were informed and said that they would check with the workmen but no reply was received. The main gate has to be operated by hand and so access to the property grounds is not secure. Only space for 1 car in garage and 1 outside Water supply was lost once but resolved the following day Wifi is not the most secure or fastest but adequate
