The house is cozy and warm, colors, furniture and all what is in the house make you very confortable. What I liked mostly is the attention of the owner, in the house you could find towels, soaps as you are in the hotel ( not common if you stay in an house )

"Well equipped small apartment on a high floor"

Very well equipped, everything you needed in the kitchen. Communication and check in were easy. The view is excellent

Much of this is a criticism of property in Manilla and the Philippines generally. The property is very small including the balcony. You have to pay extra for use of the pool. Generally Philippine property does not have a good price to value ratio
