We liked everything.

Big apartment. Good bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. Super nice and speedy service. Excellent location.

Electrical outlet only on one side of the bed. In the afternoon sometimes extremely loud neighbors. Climbing the bed might be not for everyone.

The apartment has everything you could need. It is in a very good location, on the 1st floor, no elevator. Although they are not many stairs, it is something to consider with heavy luggage. The reception is in another building 1 minute away and you can contact them also through whatsapp. The people are amazing, always available to help with everything 😊

The sofa bed was not so comfortable to sleep on it.

The location can't be beat, it's right in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere either by walking or by bus. Somehow, despite being in the middle of it all, the area is still quiet at night. The apartment itself is cute, the loft style is very fun and we liked the old charm of the wood beams and brick floor. We ran into a couple issues during our stay and the staff were extremely responsive and prompt, they worked with us to find a solution that worked for all of us. The staff really is fabulous!

Perhaps this isn't standard in Italy but there was basically nothing to cook with basic ingredients wise. It would have been nice for there to be olive oil, salt and pepper, for example, as we were not interested in buying these basics for a stay of 5 days.

Location was great - very central and quiet at night. The apartment was small but big enough for 2. Wouldn’t really work for more people using the sofa bed unless they were children. It needed the AC overnight though, as the window is very small and the bed is right under the roof tiles.

The plastic coated under sheet on the bed made it rather hot at night and the shower never seemed to get very hot. It was a bit temperamental- sometimes starting warm then suddenly going cold for no reason. It was fine to have a warm shower for us as it was summer and hot outside, but might be less pleasant in the winter.

Natural day light in the apartment is somewhat limited but actually not an issue for a short stay in the city
