1#Parliament Sunflower Apartments Room

I definitely liked the owners, so nice!!!! Great location for a fair price, nice room, clean. Also it’s calm and automatic.

There are just a few minor things - 1) the hairdryer is turning off randomly a bit (or I can’t use it?) 2) there’s a weird vinegar smell 3) behind the left curtain there’s a hook attached to the wall and it stands out in such a weird hidden spot I accidentally faced it a few times

We absolutely loved the location, I would definitely recommend it for that.

It wasn’t exceptionally clean. There were no sponges for the dishes apart form an absolutely filthy one. There was a lot of dust in the room and it just didn’t seem clean.

Great location, peaceful street, comfortable bed.

Never will I ever understand how can someone rent a dirty place but unfortunately it is so. It takes a lot more than a superficial cleaning like changing the sheets or wiping the bathtub. For me it doesn’t have to be new or luxurious place but it has to be CLEAN. By clean I mean thorough cleaning, spottless washed floors, no dust anywhere, no spiderwebs, no hair, no stains, clean dishes, fresh towels that don’t stink of humidity, etc. Also, it would be normal to change a lightbulb when it burns out, or fix a broken sink pipe, or fix a broken door, or remove a TV and AC that don’t work or update pictures of the place you are renting.

Parliament building was really close.It was very clean and it had everything you need in this small apartment.If you want to eat somwhere where its not pricey you have to go somewhere far from touristy place like parliament which we were right next to.Overall we had a great stay at this place.

it was very spacious in an incredible location. has a good functioning kitchenette and air-conditioning. the bed was very comfy and the sheets were also comfy

the door was very stiff and sometimes hard to get into (has to be slammed to close). the tv didn't work and there wasnt many places to put your bags or belongings
