Metro Extended Stay - Tempe - Corner Studio

I like the layout of the room, and how spacious the room is. I love how there’s two rooms and there’s not doors & walls to make it’s separate rooms, instead it is just very open. I like the big windows , the huge beg in the bed, the mini kitchen , & the amount of furniture there is.

The first time i stayed here with my boyfriend , it was very nice and had a good nice feeling to it earlier in May. However, this current stay we stayed with his two toddler children & it was a different experience. We had a lot of problems on this trip that we would like to talk to cooperate about or booking .com. We reported the multiple severe issues with the staff onsite tho. Issues: • Specks of blood/ bodily fluid splattered on the floor near the desk in the room with the kitchen. • • Hair/ pubes in the sink • Broken glass that were pieces of a paraphernalia on the ground • Floor wasn’t mopped / swept • Children found dangerous drugs in hotel room • Door wasn’t working to get into the building • All windows in room wasn’t locking correctly • Screens in all windows had cut slits and cut open in it • Lobby and upstairs stunk like pee • Homeless people bothering outside • Creepy security guards making inappropriate comments to me • No extra towels • Counters dirty • Remote didn’t work • Couch dirty

The pool was not ready for a swim

1) Help and support from the security guard, as we checked in very late. 2) Prompt answering by service and support team 3) Immediate shift to alternate room if one has an issue

1) Showers not working properly. Water splashes all over, except to the body. 2) Internet issues. Could not do video call. 3) Swimming pool door lock broken

AC was not powerful enough in the "Living room" and made staying on the sofa very hot, the toaster oven did work well, microwave took too long to warm pizza up, dirty ceilings.

the gal at the front desk was really nice.

noisy, room was clean but the hallway and stairwell were not. the elevator needed a good wipe down too.
