Beautiful Hotel, food was very good, home made crisps were delicious. staff were very nice and friendly.

I booked this hotel as we had a 5am start to the airport, its says Airport Shuttle but they do not have an Airport shuttle they book a taxi for you which arrives in 10 mins or so. That was ok we arrived in plenty of time for our flight.

Clean, comfy & modern rooms. Very quite and by the gardens which was good. Nice facilities

music at breakfast was very loud and music wasnt chilled/classical so was very irritating at 7AM

Absolut unzufriedenstellend. Der check-in hat mehr als 20 Minuten gedauert. Auf Rückfrage wie man das Elektroauto laden kann wurde auf eine App verwiesen, die nicht funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht in der Lage, das Laden des Autos zu starten und haben sich geweigert, einen Stromanschluss zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir hatten nur noch 6% Lade Status und haben uns explizit das Hotel gebucht, um unser Auto zu laden. Absolut enttäuschend und unhilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer selbst war groß aber unmöglich schlecht durchdacht was Beleuchtung und Technik angeht. Die Aufzüge haben am Abend nicht funktioniert, sodass wir das Treppenhaus nutzen mussten und zu unseren Erstaunen feststellen mussten, dass die Türen zu den Etagen verschlossen waren. Ein absolutes Sicherheits No Go. Das Hotel können wir keinem weiter empfehlen - auch im Hinblick auf das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Great Staff. It doesn't matter how good your hotel is , it's only ever as good as your staff make it.

Well this is a new hotel and still in the process of finishing of on a new site, will be a great facility
