アーケードや繁華街に近くてどこへ出るのも便利。ツインお部屋が広くて安い。朝食の金額が1200円とはこのような金額は他ではなく、内容も色々揃って美味しくて大変満足しました。 1階にスタバがあり、隣はファミリーマート、2、3件先にはセブンイレブンとあり、夜ちょっとしたお買い物にも便利です。総じて立地、コスパが大変素晴らしく、仙台に来たらいつもここに泊まります。

ツインのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、鏡の前に一つ、テーブルの前にひとつ椅子があり、合計 2個ありますが、テーブルの前の椅子はふかふかして座り心地がいいので、テーブル前にもう一つ椅子があった方が良かったです。

とにかく立地が良い。高速東北道降りて仙台駅方面へ向かえば曲がる必要がないので迷わない。これは本当に大事。ホテルのすぐ横に国分町の繁華街があり飲食に困らない。直結のスタバには感動。そして敷地内駐車場はないが近場にパーキングが数か所あるのはとても便利。（ただし立体駐車場はサイズ原因の不可車種あるので事前確認必要）なにより老舗ホテルの落ち着き感。なのに格式張らない安らぎあり。
