The staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. For the price it's a very good deal.

The toilet and shower could be cleaner as it smelled of urine. Also the hostel will give you free beer for a “great review”. I don't like that as it encourages to give only good reviews. Rather say “leave a review and get a beer”

The scooters we rented were in terrible shape. Most of the staff were rude.

Cet hostel était l’un des meilleurs que j’ai fais en Asie. De par la propreté des lieux et par dessus tout la gentillesse des hôtes. Nous sommes arrivées tard a l’hostel, alors le réceptionniste nous a commandé à manger le soir de notre arrivé ! Le rapport qualité - prix. Et enfin nous avons fait la Ha giang loop avec l’hostel Rabbit, nous le recommandons à 100%, petit groupe, drivers sécurisant et visite de lieux moins touristiques !
