Perfect Canal Escape on Thesen Islands

Easy access with boat. Spacious, lovely and safe for 2 year old to play in the garden.

Peacefull atmosphere, beautifull scenary and Tanja was very helpfull and made out stay was pleasant

Spacious. Great view and balcony. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Easy to use gas BBQ. Everything really was great. Like a home away from home

A beautiful multiple room mansion situated on Thesen Islands. Directly next to the water. Nicely decorated and with all the luxury you can imagine. The area is completely sealed of with exceptional security. Highly recomended. We, family of nine had sufficient space! Thanks Tanja for the service!

Really, absolutely nothing to complain about!

The Jetty right on the Canal, excellent views, very comfortable home to stay in for larger groups. The gass fireplace in the lounge was a delight on our cold, rainy stay. All the little extras's like candles, hand soap and cream added a homely touch.

Rooms were quite cold, but it did rain heavily, perhaps a rug or two. The gass braai was difficult to cook on, heat distributed unevenly, with flames which created areas not being able to be used. Tumble Dryer behind kitchen door is problematic, if door is kept open it blocks ventilation of Dryer, making floor went and slippery, Dryer also needs to be serviced / filter clean.

The house was amazing. I love the interior design including the fact that it was spacious. Waking up to the view of the water was just divine. The place was clean and there were heating facilities which made the stay enjoyable as it got cold at night.

Needs some TLC attention to drains and general maintenance

Location was beautiful and so tranquil on the banks of Thesen Island in Knysna. Was amazing to witness the active bird and sealife living within the canals. The house was so comfortable for 10 people - such an easy living space. We enjoyed the accommodation so much we hardly left the house.

Check in was a little tedious to start but once completed worked like a charm.
