Very convenient to Co op live. Big enough for our family.

The stair was broken and they had tried to patch it up so I fell through it. There were only 2 glasses The small bed was really uncomfortable

Superb location close to the Etihad/co-op live arena. Nice clean property in a quiet street. First class communication from George who answered queries before our stay promptly and courteously, and instantly sorted a couple of minor problems on our arrival. Can highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if we return.

Only having one key did inconvenience us a bit when most of the group wanted to go to bed and one member was still out!

"Easy to access, good communication, great spot for the venues."

Close to venues - Co-op Live & Ethiad stadium. Essentials for cooking etc.. Nice spacious garden at the back. Three toilets!

Not much within walking distance in the way of shops, cafes & restaurants.
