Royal Classico Getaway in Strand Beach

The one window could not close and it was very cold outside. The couch at the window had stains on it. Looked very suspicious. Very thin duvet. The throw was for a single bed. The bathroom light did not work. If we wanted to shower it would have been in semi darkness. We booked out and went to a hotel in Strand. Will not recomend this facility for booking.com. I expect to receive good accomodation when I book through your page.

The location is good

The owner is arrogant and is never available. The agent was ok but said if we experience problems we must contact owner who doesn't answer his phone. Place had cochroaches. The bathroom sink was blocked. The place had an awkward smell. Place was not that clean. Place was not what we expected from the pictures. The windows doesn't close properly. Could not sleep cause the wind blows through the night and the windows made a noise that couldn't close. We could not believe Booking dot com would list such a place. First time we encounter such problems with a Booking.com place. Please look into this place

The apartment is walking distance from the beach and majority of the shops in the main road. Car is in a safe secured locked parking area.

Perfect little place, everything is in arms reach. The place is very secure. Nice and comfortable plus you don't hear a sound from the people in the block.

The only down side is ventilation.
