Location and staff were fine. It was a place to stay. Full fridge and two burner stove top was nice.

This is the first place that didn't take all funds at once and claimed I was on a weekly basis. We did not stay the whole time and so far unable to get any funds for unused days back. This is also the first place that didn't frequently replace towels we had to ask. They stated rooms only get serviced every two weeks for long stays. The laundry matt the washers did not clean well and the drier left our clothes kinda damp.

The location is great staff was friendly

The beds were too low and the bedding had an odor , the place was supposed to be a non smoking facility but smelled of cigarettes and burnt food. They gave no instructions on how they operated as an extended stay we were supposed to dump our own garbage but wasn't told were the dumpster was, when we requested towels face cloths the cleaning lady stated she didn't have any, our room never Got cleaned so we did it ourselves, the TV remote was defective and the access to the rear doors were out of service and my guest was handicapped causing us to have to go around front for entry during rain as there was no parking in front of you arrived at night because most of the guest live there. There were also creepy individuals roaming around at night after hours which I would notice on cigarette breaks in my car . The room key was deactivated and I was advised it was due to high winds throwing off the sensors but there is no wind inside ...so I couldn't get in my room until I got a new card, the blankets were thin and it was cold in the room but they do have a and heat , the lights were on some kind of timer which kept coming on while we were sleeping waking us up abruptly , and the stove was hard to work as well. Overall if you are into cleaning up and half ass functioning amenities then this is where you wanna go also if you want or need to be close to stores this is a good location if you're not driving.
