Urban Escape in Downtown Traverse City

Great one bedroom apartment very clean, modern, with lots of attention to detail by the hosts. Very comfortable bed; quiet neighborhood; walking distance to downtown area.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. In a great location to walk to Front street and the beach. We had a temporary problem with the washer but the owner helped us through it. Not a lot of parking spaces but we got one and didn't move the car. Very clean and well appointed with lots of amenities in the kitchen.

The location is ideal - within walking distance to downtown. The apartment is new, bright, clean, well equipped. There is a huge shower. It's relatively quiet. The owners try to make you feel welcome.

Just know ahead of time - 3 1/2 flights up to the apartment - not a problem for us. Also, there is limited parking. There is a for-pay parking garage right next door if needed - and we needed it.

Facility was clean, modern, met our expectations. Walking distance to town was great.

Parking was less than desirable. Only able to park in the lot as soon as we arrived. If you leave anywhere outside of walking to downtown TC, there is no parking. Had to go to the parking garage or street parking. TC parking app is confusing and way too much information to wade through. Parking spaces were also very tight, so if you don't mind door dings it's fine. Disappointed with this.

Great location, lots of amenities. Short walk to Downtown Traverse City. Washer/dryer with detergent included is great for families. Full kitchen. Modern TVs where you can use your personal YouTube, Netflix, etc. Free parking, but lot is small - maybe an issue during peak tourism season.

3rd floor with no elevator. Keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

It is a great apartment. Immaculate, everything new and beautiful. A very comfortable and inviting space. The landlord, Kim, was lovely and went out of her way to accomodate my last minute need for lodging. Hotels were unexpectedly full due to people coming in because of an outlying major ice storm and she was great.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, & utensils. No missing or broken items! They provided natural cleaning & recycled paper products and glass storage containers which I appreciated. The snacks were also a nice touch. The linens were all great... towels thick & huge.

The bed was too soft for my comfort, & the bathroom fan ran continuously the whole time I was there (possibly a faulty switch?). There is very limited parking so I had to use the parking garage next door & had to pay for.

The location was great. The decor was modern and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Walking up three flights of stairs!
