The house is pretty clean with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. It is well located to reach the Edinburgh Bus Station and well connected. A small family of 4-5 can easily stay in this apartment. It has all the basic toiletries, and utensils in the kitchen. Must say a very well equipped house to make your stay comfortable.

The toilet/bathroom is not very user friendly. The sink is situated right above the bathtub. So not convenient to wash hands or brushing your teeth.

Cleanliness, communication beforehand with the owners was great and everything was lovely.

Bathroom is a bit small, but after a day you ger used to it.

Excellent location. Very quiet considering how close to the city centre it is. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. Lots of space. Good kitchen with appliances.

It was very cold, instructions for heating told us what to do but not how to do it. When I messaged to ask, I got the same unhelpful response. The bathroom is very narrow. May not be suitable for larger people. The carpet in the bedroom is grim. Lots of dust and cobwebs, marks on the wall, most rooms need a refresh. Horrible bed, very uncomfortable.

Location, close to tram and bus's easy access to the city.

Could not walk to the toilet, had to move sideways. Could not sit on toilet unless smaller than size 16? And therefore couldnt do the necessities! Could not brush teeth only in kitchen! Because sink in the bath? Could not change temperature of room without turning off the radiators. Windows would not open without brute force. Kitchen window painted closed. Others nearly fall out of the joints! 4 extra unlocked rooms full of possessions. Dirty. Someone's snot rag left on the side when we arrived. Coffee machine full of cartridges. Food in the cupboards. Loud bangs in stairs opened doors and cupboards in the apartment, making us jump. Very disappointed but tried best to not be awful with the review, have to be honest. Positive had responses relatively quick and accommodating. Slightly worried as we felt uncomfortable and I had said felt like we were being monitored whilst we chatted to each other about our problems with the accomodation then a text came through 2 mins later asking if we have any problems to contact them so they can help sort, this could have been a possible coincidence! The apartment felt like someone had decided last minute to rent and move out short notice. Needs some TLC and don't use the oven even on low as it sets off all the fire alarms you can't reach, so we probably annoyed everyone in the block. The door is a struggle to open and a bit of a pain, as the pad is very sensitive and no matter how much you wave your hand it doesn't work. No instructions for anything or for waste disposal, so had to keep it in the apartment. Noisy pipework and emersion tank in the living room and if having a shower forget a radio in the kitchen! Cannot hear anything. Floors above very noisy. Bed mattress springs, they have sprung!!! No mattress protector! I give very good reviews normally. Sadly I have to be honest, if need a place to stay close to the city and that's it? This is perfect.

Warm and cozy

The location was great, along with having a little more room than you would have if you had a hotel room. The sheets were laundered and crisp. There is a dishwasher if needed. Some areas were immaculate (the fridge, sheets, towels)

The bed was small and uncomfortable. There was no mattress cover under the sheet therefore the mattress buttons poked through. There was no basics supplied. For example there was no milk to make a drink upon arrival. There was a Nespresso machine. Typically there would be 2-4 pods available to have a drink. No pods available. There was food in the cupboard which appeared to left from the previous bookings. The exposed areas appeared clean. The less exposed areas did not appear clean, for example behind the bedside tables. These were visible when lying in bed

Location was easy walk to city. Nice one bedroom flat.

The door system was tricky, however once fixed seemed to work a lot better. Property manager accessible and very prompt to get things sorted. Bed springs were really uncomfortable and made stay less enjoyable - think a new mattress is in order.
