Homewood Suites by Hilton Falls Church

We have been coming to this hotel for 4 years now and every time we have an exceptional experience all the time.

From the staff to the room every thing was amazing. Ms Gladys and Romay are awesome thank you for making us feel so welcome

The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It was nice to have a small kitchen, although I did not use it, except for the refrigerator.

It would have been nice to have windows that opened. My room had bugs. Ants in the bathroom and in the bathroom sink every night when I returned. Then something that looked like a box elder bug was crawling on the counter and in the refrigerator. Luckily I did not have food in the frig. They moved me to another room and gave me some free water and snacks as a "Sorry". Only one beetle scurried out from the blow dryer on the wall in this room. The fixtures showed a lot of wear in the second room. The muffins were just ok at the breakfast buffet. A little stale. The oatmeal was tasteless.

Nice staff, clean room although room was not made. Nice social in the evening. Excellent breakfast.

Bed/room was not made on day 2.

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly.

The rooms need a bit of updating. The showers need the most updating. Breakfast was good but could have had some sweets, like donuts, muffins, etc.
