Beautiful Ocean Views at The Victorian

The location was perfect, it has a full kitchen and with Walmart right next door we just walked over and got our meals to prepare and then walked to the beach, it was perfect!

Location

Musty, mildew, mold odor. Bed uncomfortable. Unable to sleep because of these things. Bathroom sink hot water faucet didn't work. No place to hang clothes because the closet was full with stuff jammed against the door we couldn't open it. Had to leave after first night because we became sick to stomach, breathing issues and allergy like symptoms because of the smell. . We've stayed here a couple of times before which is why we chose the Victorian, to attend a wedding. Maybe it was this particular unit but this stay was not what we were accustomed to. We left messages with our contact company and informed the front office. Waiting to hear from company we made reservation with. Payed for two nights. Hope to get refunded for second night.

Couldn't operate the TV right was not functioning right couldn't find any stations on the TV

Location. Pool area was great. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Good parking facilities. Great view.

I think parking should be included in the rental price. Also it’s inconvenient that the lobby staff Is not helpful with anything but handing out a map of the property and wristbands. That being said, the phone number provided in emails to call for questions, was answered immediately.

Good View. Across the main drag from one of the public beaches. Pretty busy, about 5 lanes, but not too hard to cross. We went to other beaches. Two clean pools - the one with a kid's feature directly below with a nice view from the balcony of the pool and a bit of the gulf. Equipped with very nice appliances and 2 TV's with streaming services. Ample towels. Gated on the front. From what I can tell, the property was built in 1980. In places, it's showing its age. There was work going on to maintain and repair the overall property. But overall, the condo itself was in good repair. Very quiet inside. Property also had a barbecue area with at least three grills. Guests were pleasant and felt safe.

PARKING: The listing specifically said, "Free Parking". It was not. And, it was not included in our booking.com checkout. We got an email confirmation AFTER checkout stating there was a $35 fee. Since we had booked just a few days before traveling, we would have incurred penalties to make changes. Contacted booking.com and they said they'd reach out to the manager/owner. The manager/owner said it was booking.com's fault. It was not a deal-breaker for us, but probably won't be using booking.com again. *** Fences on the back and side were down. Anybody could walk in. Wrist bands required while out on the property.

Everything was very comfortable.
