Studio - Sleeps 2 - Pets - Parking - Wifi

Well equipped studio flat. Stayed here for my sister's wedding at everingham 's park, recommended.

Bed was perhaps too soft? We also ha issues with booking a taxi as they couldn't find the address.

The decor the cleanliness, the location and comfort were great. Check in well explained and straightforward.

Parking a little bit annoying..but nothing to put me off. No microwave !

I booked this on the strength of it's rating but found that a few things weren't quite right... Examples: The door did not lock from the inside, there is an Ill fitting bolt on the door but the key was misaligned with the handle so could not be properly locked, The bathroom window did not close fully, There were a few cobwebs throughout the rooms and some dirt around the cupboard handle in the bathroom it had clearly only very briefly been cleaned Hotels.com says checkin was 11am it's 3pm The host has occasionally barky small dogs

Very nice place, great having the bus stop right outside to York great value saves on parking driving into York. A fantastic pub/food from the plough lnn, especially for their steak 👌

Needs a new mattress a bit too soft, maybe windows glazing to block the noisy road. The birds 🐦 are loud first thing in the morning. Otherwise, it's a lovely apartment well organised with everything you need. Also, the Internet is not very good, always losing the contaction

Kitchen was nice bed comfortable shower hot and powerful.

No microwave, nowhere to sit and relax only the bed or breakfast stools. No lighting at the top of the stairs when entering and exiting the property. We found this very hazardous. Bathroom cold as window was impossible to close.

Lovely location, semi rural and quiet.

It was lovely and clean inside the property and smelt lovely on arrival, it had all your essentials, tea and coffee making bits and bobs, dishwasher, small kitchen area. Great for a short stay, the communication with the host was fab, we got locked out at one point not sure if there is an issue with the lock but that was very swiftly rectified.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like anything in particular, just a couple of recommendations would be, a little toilet bin for the ladies would be fab, better wifi connection and a bigger kitchen bin.

This was a really cosy place to stop. A bit of a mix up on communications for getting into the property but all sorted promptly.
