Comfortable, convenient, neat and pleasant. A wonderful deal for the price.

The set up for what i needed was perfect. A bedroom, a small living room with a desk ( table ) for my work. Med size fridge with freezer. Good shower.

Washer did not work so I had to take clothes to laundromat. The host lives in main dwelling and this "little house" is in backyard and they may be playing music outside feet from it. On Saturday on I was trying to do work. They had music all day long and finally shut it down about 1015 so at least it wasn't a late nighter party. Obvioulsy, it is their place to live to do as they want, it just was a little noisy on a day I dedicated to staying in doing the office work. I was a contractor running FEMO flood claims. Just a warning to not plan on peace during the weekend. Initially, just one blanket was provided that was paper thin. Sleep experts say we should sleep in 65-68 grees for optimal sleep and that requires more than one blanket. She did provide another one after requesting it.

Nothing not to like

The "Tiny Home" was very quiet, very clean and well maintained. I loved the landscape as the entire area has a privacy fence and it is camera monitored, I felt secure in my location. There was great communication between the family and myself. I felt welcomed and wanted. My stay felt like I was staying with extended family. Wal-Mart was 1.1 miles away, which I took advantage of and walked there but be careful about the heat. There is a park in walking distance as well as a pharmacy and a bus stop (all .5 of a mile away). I used Uber a lot to get downtown and my one way trips were less than $15.

There was nothing to not like.

It was perfect for us. It had everything we needed.
