Lovely little place, nice location with enough amenities within walking distance.

Unfortunately the walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot going on in house, which unfortunately makes it feel not very private. The side gate is in use, and with the head of the bed being at the front of the property, underneath a window, you'll hear the hosts son walking past with his friends whilst you're sleeping. What promised to be a lovely stay at first, just felt uncomfortable after I realised how much I could hear (Phone calls, washing up, the odd bang against the door). I wish I had opted for a cheap hotel instead of paying so much for this annex.
