Einfaches einchecken und super nette Vermieterinnen. Genial gelegen nur der Straße entlang in 10 min am Meer und total ruhig. Viele Wanderungen gemacht:)

We had a wonderful stay! Sue was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. The location is perfect—close to everything but still nice and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Kitchen and bathroom, TV, own access.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would like and made a noise when moving on it.

Very clean and neat, had everything you could need - kettle, toaster, microwave, towels, cups (etc). The bed was comfortable and the location was easy to walk to from Broadstairs station, located just a short walk away from Joss bay and Stone bay.

A very clean place, with little touches to make your stay comfortable. We were impressed by how everything just fitted nicely into the small space. A very quiet location, despite the fast-road the house is on.

The bed was soft....very soft! Some people will love it, but it was almost too soft for us.
