"Relaxing weekend break"

Perfect for a weekend away. Free off road parking, good WiFi and clean and comfortable accommodation just a short distance from Joss Bay or a decent walk into Broadstairs. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, but not at all intrusive.

Easily accessible by car and with spacious parking on front drive. Thoughtfully and considerately appointed studio apartment with own access. The owners had provided everything required to make our stay comfortable and homey, including toiletries, beverages and local information.

"Ideal for what we wanted"

The layout of the annexe was perfect to make sure that every possible amenity could be provided. It was ideal for a weekend stay. The bed was comfy, tea, coffee and milk was provided along with little treats as well. There is an oven/microwave and a fridge. Great hosts as well.
