Lovely apartment great location

The flat was very clean and very comfortable and very homely.

The apartment was exceptionally spacious for four adults, which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here, so much so, we would definitely book again when visiting this way again. The apartment was as described and pictures do not do the place justice, it was super, comfortable and a home away from home. The allotted parking spot was also a bonus and views and access to the beautiful garden was also a bonus.

Not really anything to comment about. Some minor touchups, small cracks but this could be deemed as characterful, after all the property was built some time ago and could be deemed a historical building.

Great flat but not easy to find. It would be good to mention the pub next door as a land mark

Superb apartment on the doorstep of Roundhay Park in Oakwood. 5 - 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Oakwood, slightly further to supermarket. On bus route to Leeds town centre. Apartment spacious, bright, comfortable beds, kitchen well kitted out, shower excellent. Lots of helpful extras such as washing up liquid, paper towel and tea bags. Good instructions for collecting keys and prompt responses from host when contacted. Dedicated parking space.

Stayed during a mini heatwave so found the duvet a bit warm, although the apartment was not hot. Would be nice to have more detailed information about recycling and rubbish disposal.

Lovely apartment in beautiful grounds, near to the Park and with a nice pub next door. Apartment was spotless and well kept.
