I liked the location.

The indoor pool was not heated. Dryer did not work. House and property not well maintained. There was a broken window, broken lock on back door. House smelled like dog urine, especially in the guest room. There were only 2 beds. There was no sofa bed. There was no access under the bathroom sink to put things because there was a lock and note on the door to not open it.
