Parking space

The room was large but shabby with a stale smell. On top of that AC stopped working. The maintenance of the room and toilet is poor.

Facilities. The restaurant is not proper. Rooftop is shabby and with only a slice of ganga visible.

Helpful staff. Hotel is a bit tired. Shower knob very loose kept falling off, reported but not fixed whilst I was there. Kettle and tea making facilities advertised on booking.com but not available. On communicating this - it was provided but did not use as it did not look good. Dining area for breakfast not the best - this hotel requires an upliftment

The staff were very helpful and professional. The location is perfect, walking distance to the ghats and main aarti. The prices was great. I was able to book at the hotel.
