It was nice having our own space and pool, especially with young kids. We hired a pool fence as an extra piece of mind when our toddler was running around. Situated in a quiet area close to shops like Bintang Supermarket. The A/C and Wifi were great and effective too. Breakfast included was a variety of western and local foods, and generous. Communications with staff via WhatsApp made it really easy to request. We loved this place and the staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Thank you for our stay!

Great location, facilities, air conditioning and staff who were always friendly and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

We would just recommend another fan at the other seating areas.

Die Lage ist super und der Pool mit Garten ist schön.

Die Polster der Liegen sind unansprechend und die Bäder sind alt, heruntergekommen (Putz bröckelt von der Wand) und die Sauberkeit könnte wirklich besser sein (schlierige Scheiben, unsaubere Fugen, undefinierbare Überbleibsel- Haargummi? hinter der Toilette). Uns wurde ein kaputter Salzstreuer und ein zerbrochenes Glas zu einem Wucherpreis berechnet. Auf den Preis für die Minibar wurde im Nachhinein noch Steuern erhoben (unüblich für Bali). Allgemein war das Personal nicht besonders zuvorkommend und hilfreich und die Kommunikation war teilweise schleppend. Jede Kleinigkeit (zB Babybett) sollte immer zu einem Wucherpreis mehr kosten. Echt schade.

Outdoor living area was lovely, the private pool was a perfect size and the surrounding areas were very well kept. The food was great and fast. The staff were lovely, very helpful.

Finding the location was tricky, meeting at the pick up point is needed as the roads are too narrow. I wish the Fridge was bigger, as it was outdoors so we wanted to keep all our food in the fridge.

The place is in a great location and the villa itself is huge, the kids loved the large private pool, the staff too, couldn't do enough to help us, just a great experience, Thank you.

Location is good and about 5 min walk to bintang market which is famous for souvenir shopping. Villa itself is pretty and spacious. Staff are friendly.

This villa is not maintained well. All the cushions including chair cushions and daybed cushions are dirty and full of stains. Bed sheet and towels are worn out and not clean. I had to request the replacement of bedsheet and towels. The team end up providing cleaner sheet and towels for us but they are still very old. I booked the breakfast included option and it does have a nice variety of breakfast menu. However, the fruits served in the first morning were sour and not fresh, was replaced after requesting but still very bad experience. It was not a good value considering the price.
