Breakfast was ok-ish but nothing out of the ordinary - perhaps due to the fact that they had over 200 school kids for breakfast alongside other guests

Receptionists on check-in not welcoming; quality of pillows in room not to standard one would expect in such a facility; having breakfast with 200 school kids in the same space not conducive.

The staff were very accommodating to a family member with mobility difficulties. Generally the staff are very kind and helpful. Always ready to help. The facilities are modern and well kept. The fire place in the room was a welcome addition on a cold night.

Everything was amazing.
